About the website:
- The site was launched April 26, 2002 and has received over 1.6 million hits to date.

- This website is the location to order copies of the new book, Isla Vista: A Citizen's History, which is advertised in local print media at the beginning of each UCSB quarter.

About the ads:
At any given time on the website there will be no more than four First Tier ads and eight Second Tier ads in rotation.

Banner Ad specifications:
All ads should be 540 pixels wide and 120 pixels tall.
All ads should be 72 DPI in a JPEG format, although TIFF, GIF, and PNG are acceptable.
Ads can be full color or B/W.
NOTE: If you would like the Banner Ad made by our staff from your supplied graphics and text, there is a $30 setup fee. Additionally, if at some point your banner ad needs modifications (seasonal specials, etc), there is a $30 modifications fee. However, you may provide a finished or a substitute ad (as often as once a month) for no charge.
Please email finished ad or graphics plus text to services (at) islavistahistory.com. A copy of your ad will be emailed to you for review prior to placement on the website.
